“In a Good Day”
A Model Poses,
A Simple armature is set up,
Clay is added.
At this stage, in a good day,
Clay and fingers converse.
Virtual bronze looms in the background,
My eyes join them.
The model slips into clay,
A form emerges and join the foray.
The air sparks in the stillness.
Wills dissipate,
Desiring machines
Whirl around forming the form of each moment.
The moment dictates the next.
The moment is an encounter.
The form is an event.
In a good day, the form comes alive,
Standing on its own.
The model wakes and yawns.
“Should I pose?”
Inspired by Deleuze.
